Terms and Conditions

1. Card Activation reward is eligible to be paid only when the KYC verification is complete and the referred user claims their card.
2. Open to affiliates in, or with an audience in, our nine live markets. Referrals only count when the referred user transacts from one of those countries (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, and the Philippines).
3. Referral reward: $5 per registered referral, unlocked once that referee completes $50 or more in Kite card spend volume within their first 30 days of registration.
4. An affiliate becomes eligible for payouts once at least 20% of their card-activated referrals have completed a qualifying $50+ card spend in their first 30 days. Once this threshold is met, the affiliate remains eligible for all future payouts.
5. Payouts are made monthly, in USD, directly to the Affiliate's Kite card.
6. Commission is calculated monthly on that month's card spend volume from your active referred users, with no cap, for as long as the referred user stays active on Kite.
7. Self-referrals (yourself, a second account, or a household/family member sharing your device, IP or payment method) don't qualify.
8. Referred users must be signing up for their first Kite account.
9. All referrals are subject to standard KYC/AML checks and fraud review; Kite can withhold, delay, or claw back commission on suspected fraud, bots, duplicated KYC, or coordinated multi-account activity.
10. Reversed, refunded, or disputed spend within 60 days is deducted from your next payout.
11. No paid, deceptive, or spam-based promotion (undisclosed paid ads, impersonating Kite support, misleading claims).
12. Program terms, rewards, and eligible countries may be updated with notice; changes apply going forward and won't reduce rewards you've already earned and confirmed.
