Invite a friend to Kite. When they spend $50 or more on their Kite card within 30 days, you get $5, with no limit on how many friends you refer.

Referral Programme terms

This referral program is only live in countries where the Kite card is available: Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and Australia.

  • Earn $5 when a friend you refer signs up using your referral code/link and spends $50 or more on their Kite Card within 30 days of signing up.
  • The referred friend must be a new user, someone who doesn't already have a Kite account.
  • The $50 qualifying spend must be made on the referred friend's Kite Card. Split payments across other cards or methods don't count toward it.
  • The $5 reward is credited once per unique referred friend. Referring the same person again, or signups via duplicate or fake accounts, doesn't earn another $5.
  • There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
  • The $5 is credited in USD to your Kite Card once your referred friend qualifies.
  • Valid for referrals where the friend signs up and qualifies between 7 September and 30th Nov 2026.
  • Self-referrals and referrals involving duplicate or fake accounts don't qualify, Kite may withhold or reverse rewards where this is suspected.

General terms

  • You must have a verified Kite account in good standing when you participate in an Offer and when any reward is credited.
  • Each person may maintain only one Kite account. Rewards earned through duplicate accounts, accounts created using another person's identity, self-referrals, or multiple accounts controlled by the same person will not be paid.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the Offer Terms, the full qualifying transaction amount must be paid using the eligible Kite payment method. Split payments involving another payment method may not qualify.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the Offer Terms, cashback becomes pending once the qualifying transaction settles and remains pending for 30 days.
  • Pending cashback cannot be spent, transferred or withdrawn. Once the pending period has ended and the transaction remains eligible, the cashback will be credited to the destination specified in the applicable Offer Terms.
  • If a qualifying transaction is refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed or charged back within 30 days after settlement, the related cashback may be cancelled or reversed.
  • If the cashback has already been credited, Kite may offset the amount against future cashback or rewards.
