What is Kite?
Kite is a money app for stablecoins: digital dollars like USDC and USDT that hold a steady $1 value. With Kite, you can send, receive, and spend them directly on the blockchain, with low fees and without middlemen.
What you can do with Kite
- Send and receive tokens instantly using a wallet address, Kite handle/username, contact name, nickname, phone number, or email address.
- Spend with a card. Top up a Visa card with stablecoins and use it online or in person, anywhere Visa is accepted.
- Swap tokens. Convert other crypto (like ETH or MATIC) into stablecoins.
- Bridge across networks. Move funds between supported blockchains.
- One address, six networks. Your wallet address works on Base, Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism.
Good to know
- You'll complete a quick identity check (KYC) when you sign up.
- Your wallet and card have separate balances. Top up your card from your wallet when you're ready to spend.
- Onchain transactions are irreversible, so double-check the address before you send.
- Your address is the same across networks, but each network holds its own balance.
