No. Converting USDC or USDT into your card's US dollar balance costs 0%. The card itself is $0 to issue, with no annual or monthly fee.

Spending in US dollars has no FX fee. Spending in any other currency has a flat 1.8% FX fee, and every fee is shown in the app before you confirm.

Yes. Your stablecoins sit in your non-custodial Kite wallet, which only you control. When you top up, the amount you choose moves to your card balance, which is held in US dollars and spent with the card.
