Convert transaction pending / delayed

Bridges usually take 10-30 minutes, though they can take up to an hour when networks are busy. Since bridging moves tokens between different blockchain networks, it takes longer than a regular on-chain transaction.

While you're waiting

• Check your Transactions tab to track your bridge. Tap the transaction to see its current status.
• If it's been less than 30 minutes, everything is likely progressing normally, bridges can take a little time.

If it's been over an hour

Most bridges complete successfully, but occasionally one may take longer than expected. If your transaction has been pending for more than an hour, email care@kiteapp.xyz with:

• Transaction hash
• Source and destination token and networks
• Amount bridged

Our support team will check the status and help you with the next steps.

Good to know

Bridge times depend on network congestion. During periods of high activity, transactions may take longer, but most complete automatically without any action needed.
