Wrong network after swap/bridge (where did my funds go?)

If you completed a swap or bridge in Kite but can't find your funds, they're most likely on a different network than the one you're currently viewing.

What happened

After a bridge, your tokens arrive on the destination network you selected. A swap usually keeps your tokens on the same network, but cross-chain swaps move them to a different network.

In either case, your funds are still at your Kite wallet address, you just need to view the correct network.

How to find your funds

  1. Open the Transactions tab and tap the swap or bridge transaction.
  2. Check the destination network shown in the transaction details.
  3. Go to the Cash & Assets section and look for the token on the destination network. Balances are shown separately for each token and network combination and update automatically once the transaction is complete.

If you still can't find your funds

If you've checked all supported networks (Base, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon, Arbitrum, and Optimism) and still don't see your funds, email care@kiteapp.xyz with your transaction hash. Our support team will trace the transaction and confirm where your funds were sent.
