How do I add my Kite card to Google Wallet?
1. Open the Kite app and go to your Cards tab.

2. Tap Details to reveal your full card number, expiry date, and CVV.

3. Tap Send code to receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

4. Copy or note down the card details.
5. Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device.
6. Tap Add to Wallet at the bottom of the screen.

7. Select Payment card from the list.

8. Tap Enter details manually and enter your Kite card number, expiry date, and CVV.

9. Enter your billing name and address. Make sure these match the details in your Kite account exactly.
10. Tap Save and continue, then read and accept the Issuer Terms.
11. Complete any verification steps prompted on screen (SMS code, email confirmation, or in-app approval).
Your Kite card is now ready to use with Google Wallet.
Why can't I add my Kite card to Google Wallet?
A few things can prevent your card from being added:
- Region restrictions: Google Wallet must be available in your country or region. Your Kite card may work globally, but Google Wallet availability varies by market.
- Card status: A card that is expired, frozen, or has not yet been activated cannot be added to Google Wallet.
- Incorrect card details: Even a single wrong digit in your card number, expiry date, or CVV will cause the setup to fail.
- Incomplete verification: If you skip or do not complete the required verification step, the card will not be added.
- Device or app issues: An outdated Google Wallet app, unsupported Android device, or weak internet connection can also cause failures.
How do I fix issues adding my Kite card to Google Wallet?
- Check your region and account settings. Make sure your Google Account region matches the country your Kite card was issued in.
- Update your apps. Ensure both the Google Wallet app and your device's operating system are running the latest version, then restart your device.
- Double-check your card details. Enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV exactly as shown in the Kite app.
- Activate your card first. If you have not yet set your Kite card PIN, do that before adding the card to Google Wallet.
- Check your internet connection. Use a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection during setup.
