Onchain transfer or deposit pending
Most crypto deposits arrive within a few minutes. If yours is taking longer, here's how to check what's happening.
Expected deposit times
- Base: under 1 minute
- Arbitrum One: under 1 minute
- Optimism: under 1 minute
- Polygon: 2-5 minutes
- BSC: 2-5 minutes
- Ethereum: 5-15 minutes
If you're sending funds from a crypto exchange, the exchange may take additional time to process and broadcast the withdrawal before it reaches the blockchain.
Check a few things first
Make sure the network is supported
Kite accepts deposits only on:
- Base
- Ethereum
- BNB Smart Chain (BSC)
- Polygon
- Arbitrum One
- Optimism
If the sender used a different network, see "Sent or received tokens on wrong network."
Verify the transaction on the blockchain
Find the transaction hash (TxID) in your exchange or wallet, then look it up using the appropriate block explorer:
- Base: basescan.org
- Ethereum: etherscan.io
- BNB Smart Chain (BSC): bscscan.com
- Polygon: polygonscan.com
- Arbitrum One: arbiscan.io
- Optimism: optimistic.etherscan.io
Make sure the transaction status is Success.
Refresh your Kite wallet
Pull down on the Home Screen to refresh your balance.
If it's been more than 30 minutes
If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but still hasn't appeared in your Kite wallet, contact care@kiteapp.xyz and include:
- Transaction hash
- Network used
- Amount sent
- Sending wallet address
Our support team can investigate why the deposit hasn't synced and help get it credited if everything is in order.
