Sent or received tokens on wrong network
If you sent tokens to your Kite wallet using a network that Kite doesn't support, the funds can't be recovered.
Kite currently supports deposits only on:
- Base
- Ethereum
- BNB Smart Chain (BSC)
- Polygon
- Arbitrum One
- Optimism
If the transfer was made on any other network, it won't be credited to your Kite wallet.
Why can't this be reversed?
Blockchain transactions are final once they're confirmed.
Kite doesn't monitor or operate on unsupported networks, so deposits sent on those networks can't be detected or recovered. Unfortunately, our support team can't retrieve or reverse these transfers.
How to avoid this in the future
Before sending crypto to Kite:
- Make sure your exchange or wallet is sending on a supported network.
- Send a small test transaction first if you're using a new wallet or exchange.
- Double-check the selected network before confirming the transfer.
If it's already happened
Unfortunately, there's no way to recover funds sent on an unsupported network.
Your Kite wallet will continue to work normally for future deposits. Just make sure your next transfer uses one of Kite's supported networks.
